- Made of high-quality oxford fabric and bamboo. Each also weighs approx. 0.10 lb.

Set-up Fees and Artwork
- A $50 printing set-up fee is applied to each personalized order; this charge is added to your shopping cart.
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Our preferred format for your artwork is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
- For your photo, our preferred resolution is 300 DPI or greater

Although we can provide a refund for personalized silk fans, which have been damaged or broken during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized silk fan, which has been broken or damaged during shipping.
