About the Print Areas
- Upon receiving your preview request or order, we will create a mock-up of your design using both print sizes

Hand Fan Features:
- Each personalized paper fan measures 8.25" height x 15" wide (when fully opened)
- Made of high-quality paper and bamboo. Each weighs approximately 0.10 lb.
- There is a minimum order of 35 pieces for the Standard print size
- There is a minimum order of 100 pieces for the Extra-wide print size
- Standard-print paper fans are printed in the USA. Silk fans are imported from China
- Extra-wide print paper fans are made to your order from our printing factory in China.
Set-up Fees and Artwork
- A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
- For orders with custom color, per custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
- Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

- For Standard Print Size Paper Fans: 5 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
- For Extra-Wide Print Size Paper Fans: 10 to 12 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)

*If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-4 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-4 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.

Rush production for personalized paper fans with extra-wide print is subject to availability for the reason that these fans are custom printed and then assembled to your order. Our personalized paper fans are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized paper fan, which has been broken or damaged during transit. Please be sure to order extra pieces to cover additional guests or to provide for the probability of damage.
