• Our 8.25" White Paper Fans with Solid Frame are ready to be personalized with your logo, finished artwork, or a design from our templates
• Please email your logo or finished artwork to Info@PersonalizedFanStore.Com
• For your design that is selected from our templates, print up 3 lines of custom text, max 50 characters per line
• Choose how you want your design to be printed on the front of the fan with our two (2) print area sizes
• Choose from 20 different color inks from our color chart or a custom color, which we will match as closely as possible to your logo or to the color you want to achieve (Per custom color charge is $0.25 per fan, max $35 per order)

About the Print Areas
• Upon receiving your preview request or order, we will create a mock-up of your design using both print sizes
• The two print area sizes on the front of the fan are:
Standard: 3.75x3.75 inches (suitable for most designs)
Extra Wide: 7.00x3.75 inches (additional $0.75 per piece) (suggested for designs that are wide)
• You can also add an optional print on the handle of the hand fan, max 50 characters (additional $0.75 per piece)

Hand Fan Specs
• Each personalized paper fan measures 8.25" height x 15" wide (when fully opened)
• Hand fan leaf is made of paper. Natural classic frame is made of bamboo with laser-cut hearts and floral design
• Printing is done in the USA Folding paper fans are imported from China
• Due to customization, there is a:
  
  • Minimum order of 35 pieces for the Standard print size; and,
  • Minimum order of 100 pieces for the Extra-wide print size
  
  Set-up Fees and Artwork
• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, per custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

• Add organza favor bags for fans for only $0.50 per bag (Sold and packaged separately)
• Each sheer organza bag is made of nylon with satin drawstring
• Each also measures 27 cm (10.6") long x 6 cm (2.4" wide)

• The Standard Production Time is 5 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• 1-2 Business Days Rush Production, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
• 3-4 Business Days Rush Production, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
• *If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-4 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-4 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.
