- The engravable area for your design is 10 cm (3.93") long x 5 cm (2.97") wide
- Made of wood. Unscented. With cut-out designs. Weighs approximately 0.10 lb.
- Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 100 pieces

Set-up Fees and Artwork
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps

- The Standard Production Time is 10 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been broken or damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized wood fan, which has been broken or damaged during shipping.
