• Each personalized silk fan measures 8.25" long x 15" wide (when fully opened)
• Made of bamboo and silk. Each also weighs approximately 0.10 lb.

Set-up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge will be added to your shopping cart
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, per custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been broken or damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized silk fan, which has been broken or damaged during shipping.
